Harbour Village Condominiums is a 3 building, 4 story condominium complex located in Kenmore WA.

The Harbour Village HOA called us to see if we could replace their bulky outdated wood and chainlink balcony railings. We presented several options which consisted of standard picket, aluminum with glass panels, and horizontal cable railing.

With the spectacular view of Lake Washington, having maximum visibility was a priority, which ruled out the picket style. The stainless steel cable railing option was cost prohibitive, leaving the glass panel as the best solution.

As you can see from the before and after photos, the glass panel railings are definitely a visual improvement to the exterior of the buildings and provide a better balcony usabilty experience.
