Greentree Village Condominiums in Seattle consists of four residential buildings, with fifty-four units and a clubhouse.

For this project we replaced all of the existing wood siding with Hardie Panel and Hardie Lap.

On typical projects the HOA owns the windows, so they all get replaced or they all stay. At Greentree Village, the windows are owned by the unit owners and they were given the option to replace their windows, of which we replaced about half.

In addition to the wall cladding, we also re-framed all the balconies and installed WestCoat on the balconies and the breezeways. Doing the 12”x12” tile pattern on the balconies and maintaining egress on the breezeways were both challenging.
